Phola is a coal processing plant jointly owned by Anglo Coal and BHP Billiton and operated by Minopex on their behalf. Pragma was contracted by Minopex to conduct an AMIP and then implement an Asset Care Centre. Pragma took only four months to make a significant difference in the plant. This case study shows how Pragma and Minopex formed a strategic partnership to improve the performance of a major processing plant.
