Pragma’s On Key Maintenance Manager, Express, Work Manager App, and Analytics suite is the ideal set of tools to manage and analyze the entire maintenance model, including the progress of the work performed by contractors.
Features of the toolset include:
Assets, along with their maintenance tasks, are configured according to the SLA (response times) agreed upon by asset type.
Work is controlled, measured, monitored, and managed according to the SLA.
SLAs are measured by tracking factors such as status changes of Work Orders (WO), receipt date, request, start, and completion of the WOs.
Notifications are sent via the app, email, or SMS when a trigger is activated using templates to save time.
Costs of work performed and parts used are recorded for each individual WO, allowing extensive cross-referencing by work type, asset type, location, contractor.
Contractors can use the Work Manager app on their smartphone or tablet to get information and provide feedback on the WO.
Each WO can have related documents uploaded, such as work permits, GPS coordinates, and before-and-after photos.
